Why did you choose to serve in hospice? Serving in hospice care was a calling for me that grew from my experiences caring for my grandmother when she fell ill. That time showed me the depth of compassion and care needed in someone’s final stages of life. Working in hospice allows me to provide comfort and dignity to patients in a challenging period, and it aligns with my personal mission to support the sick and bring them peace. Hospice care gives me a chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
What do you enjoy most about being a part of the SouthEast Hospice family? The Southeast Hospice team truly feels like a family. I value the support and camaraderie we share, all working together toward a common purpose. The dedication and kindness of my colleagues inspire me daily, and I appreciate how we’re able to lift each other up through the emotional demands of our work. It’s fulfilling to be part of a team that shares the same compassion for our patients and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
